genFLAKES is a collection of 10000 programmatically generated snowflakes — unique digital collectibles living on the Ethereum blockchain.

Our goal is to build a world class project. In collaboration with the snowflake expert Ken Libbrecht from the team of Disney Movie Frozen, we present to you generative snowflakes with over 50 collective traits. We wanted to generate snowflakes as close to real life as possible. And we know how unique and beautiful snowflakes in the wild can be.

THE SPECS

Each genFLAKES is like an actual snow flake: unique. genFLAKESare programmatically generated from over [#] possible traits, including [traits]. All genFLAKES are beautiful, but some are rarer than others. The FLAKES are stored as ERC-721 tokens on the Ethereum blockchain and hosted on IPFS. (See Record and Proof.) Purchasing a FLAKE costs 0.1 ETH.

ROADMAP

We plan to experiment with new ways to tie our brand to the genFlakes community. At 50% of sales, we will create a DAO where all major decisions go to a DAO vote. This is a community first led project and all the things on our roadmap are up for discussion and improvement.

Consider this a rough roadmap of what’s to come. Because this is community oriented, changes to the roadmap are likely to occur.
